Refund policy

Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags, packaging, and accessories attached.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Shipping fees, duties, and taxes are non-refundable.

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or style, please return your item and place a new order.

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@yoriszn.com with photos of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.
