  • During high-demand seasons, processing may take up to 7 business days.
International Shipping
  • We ship worldwide via DHL or UPS International.
  • Rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight.
  • Customs duties, VAT, and import taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
Order Tracking
  • Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
  • Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear.
Lost or Damaged Packages
  • We are not responsible for packages lost or delayed by carriers, but we will do our best to assist you in resolving any issues.
  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.
